Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

You are able to return an item if it is unused and is in the same state as when you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
